The client needed a modern web application to inform team management decisions based upon scouting data and player analytics. The team had vast amounts of player data siloed across a variety of legacy systems without a scalable, efficient, and holistic way to access the information. The vision was to find a way to spotlight undervalued players to maximize team performance.

Erik and the design team used a User Centered Design and Agile delivery techniques to launch an industry leading sports management application.
